We have great pleasure to introduce our unique product “BRIGHT-ON EX”. Unlike other conventional scouring product, gives superior result in Brightness, Color depth, Stain free cloth, Swelling of yarn, Bouncy effect etc.
PROCESS WITH OUR PRODUCT
“BRIGHT-ON EX”, does not require water softening agent in case of hard water. It prevents scale deposition on wall of the machine & also stops oil drops on cloth in stenter due to condensed oil on roof of stenter as it removes total oil from the cloth.
Bellow is given the properties of :- “BRIGHT-ON EX”
CONSTITUTION :- Blend of non-ionic surfactants & specialist chemicals. APPEARANCE  :- Transparent color less to pale Yellow liquid. IONIC NATURE :- Non-ionic Solubility :- Easily miscible with water PH :- 6 to 7 Stability :- Permanent
PROCESS FOR 100% POLYESTER CLOT
A. PRE-TREATMENT - SCOURING PROCESS
Process for 100kg cloth
Load the goods in dyeing machine. In fresh bath, take following chemicals. Caustic soda : 1% OR as per requirement. BRIGHT-ON EX : 1% White R as per requirement. Raise temperature to 1300C Holding time 30 to 40minutes. Drain the bath. Give hot wash & cold wash.
B. NUTRALIZATION PROCESS
In fresh bath, take following chemicals.. Oxalic Acid : To bring PH 4 OR 1% Maximum . BRIGHT-ON EX: 0.5%. Raise temperature to 1100C. Hold for 20minutes. Drain the bath. Give plain wash to maintain PH & unload for printing process  OR Continue dyeing process.
C. DYEING PROCESS
Acetic Acid maximum 1% OR maintain PH 4. BRIGHT-ON EX 0.5%. Color as per requirement. Raise temperature up to 1300C.
* In case any sensitive color, add 0.2%   leveling   agent. If fabric weaving with bright yarn (Size Yarn), then use  tesizing agent (like TFLI) 1%  and soda ash 2 %.
E. DRUM PROCESS
Use 0.5 % Bright – ON EX. in your standard process.
